Never used an enameled pot before. A seasoned dutch oven is as easy to clean as non-stick pan. I just think the enamaled is harder to clean but I never tried one before.

cook only la.. what are you waiting for?

st, for the cast iron ones, don't you have to season them first before they are working like those non-sticks?

This is the one i got. After reading up, enamel ones clean easier.

Yes you have to. But I do that by cooking oily food and stews. Never "season" them they way they advice.
