| Who can register? |
The membership in this forum is reserved for ACS alumni. The registration process in this forum is moderated. When you register, a Moderator or Administrator will send you an email to confirm that you are alumni. Once confirmed, your registration will be approved and you can start active participation.
Non ACS alumni who wishes to register will require approval by the Moderators and Administrators. Unfortunately, most requests will typically be rejected unless the is a strong case. Please send an email to the Administrators if you are not an ACS alumni but wish to register. |
| I Don't See a Forum for My Batch (Fifth Form Year). How Do I Get One Created? |
If you cannot find a forum for your batch (fifth form year), the reason is simple - it hasn't been created yet. Simply send a request to any of the Administrator (preferred method is either by way of PM or a post in the Suggestions/Feedback Forum) and request for one to be created.
This system (of creating a forum upon request) is implemented to reduce clutter and conserve bandwidth. It's not free you know :) |
| What is the File Size Limit for Attachments, Avatars and Profile Pictures? |
| In order to reduce indiscriminate use of disk space, the file size limit for attachments is set at 5Kb. The file size limit for avatars and profile pictures is set at 20Kb. |
| I've Registered but Cannot Post. What's Wrong? |
New users will have to activate their registration and have their registration approved by an Administrator or Moderator before being able to post.
Activatation is done by clicking the activation link in the automated welcome email that is sent after registration. Some members register using free email accounts (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail) that may have classified the welcome email as spam.
If you cannot find your welcome email, please contact any of the Administrators or Moderators. |
| Why Can't I Post Polls? |
| Posting of polls have been restricted to be performed by only the Administrators and Moderators. Please contact an Administrator or a Moderator with the poll details you wish to post and the Administrator or Moderator will gladly post the poll for you. |
