that's also why bread in france are nice - i've done this experiment before, bought a fresh loaf on the way back from france, then serve on a plate next to another plate of fresh baguette bought locally - everyone kept on reaching for the one from france even though i never tell about that being bought from france!

wah better take care if poor circulation in cold weather. i'm afraid of that myself. keep 1 pair of glove in each pocket, so in winter i carry 2 pairs of gloves at all times. 1 leather and waterproof, 1 pair soft wool. depends if snowing or not snowing which ones i wear..

that is a fun experiment, sounds like! :D that way you can tell that ppl prefer the true french bread over local breads... i am excited to start trying my hand at some serious bread-making. i want to make baguettes and ciabattas and such - will start when i get my new mixer and the weather turns a bit warmer (helps the bread rise better). woohoooo!!!

Get a decent but reliable amp. I recommend marantz SR6200 for beginners. It's relatively cheap with every features incl DTS. This amp goes well with the following speakers, ie paradigm, audio gem, B&W, mohawk.
