so spent my time in the clinic loh...9-12.30, 2.00-4.30, 7.30-9.00pm...

only thing is no internet connection there...oops, me lying :p got...but its the slow-coach TMNet dial up...which i have no patience with!

Back at my place today coz i'd class in Uni whole day today, and tomolow morn too....will be going to Mambau gain tomorow aftrn...last day of my general practitioner posting tomorrow...and then have to do the reports!! tak habis-habis wif reports :p

but then, it was in the comfort of hometown..

now in sem8, its 1 week of GP posting during the 4wks of family medicine...this time have 2 choose a doctor from IMU's list, so around seremban area lor. Good thing i have relatives around here...so can go to the clinic near my aunty's place at night, without worrying bout safety aspect :D

When he was doing his hsemanship one nite, the call came in thru PA system for him to proceed to ICU. When he got there, the nurse told him that a patient just pass away, so he needs to verify that he is ACTUALLY DEAD. Being a student, he still uses his old stethoscope which is very short for him then to try to listen to the heartbeat. All of a sudden, the patient drew his last breath. My bro had such a shock, he nearly 'died'.

now around Sban area...seems in early days of IMU, letters were sent out to all private clinics, and 20+ replied, willing to take in students on regular basis. 1yr, they are entitled to buy things worth RM300...or attend seminars or anything for equal value, cost borne by IMU. Its nothing much realli...and to think we have 2 write reviews on their practice...its realli nice of the docs to let us breech their territory

so, in the end of the day, give some "buah-buahan" to the doc as token of appreciation :)

yup, since my mom is home minister, its a 'culture' for my family to make it - barular got the spirit :)
this whole weekend (since fri was a hol too) my parents spend the days making all the goreng-goreng goodies, like murukku, kacang-puteh murukku, 'sarang burung' etc

haha...my bro, help to be the 'food-tester' coz busy studying for spm

for me, eating is fun...but more than that, i enjoy the process of making it more...past few yrs, kindof disappointed that i wasnt home to help out...this yr...am so excited that i can go back a few days earlier, that i asked mommy to reserve some for me & sis to make ;)

so rest of this week, my mom can concentrate on cleaning and finishing up her sewing :laugh: btw, onli good thing about not being home pre-deepavali is that i can escape the cleaning up bit :p only do the last min hang curtain & deep cards onli...LOL

haha..i lurve deepavali celebs esp...since i'm a big fan of muruku...had this uni-mate...he fried like 3 cookie tins (those julie ones) for us...my housemates and I finished it like in one weeks time!! haaha..

ath, talking bout murukkus, they are my favourite of the lot too...but past yrs have to eat less coz its oily & with acne problem :( but of coz i still eat...just lesser quantity! haha...

and there's something i discovered bout murukku...u know there's the type which is smooth...and another with some prickly 'edges'
the latter is crunchier...so nicer to eat (except for older people lar)
and i notice the latter type is oso less oily...coz one yr my mom made both types, and after finishing up our tins of murukku, and when discarding the lining paper, we realized the smooth-edged one was like dibanjiri a few cms of oil :eek:
