Cindy. If you did not look so pretty in your photo and if I was not madly in love with you ever since you were was 14 ... I would cekik you until your eye-balls pop out from the sockets. ;) :)
91ers are not boring, we're just more reserved and cool (ala James Bond, Brad Pit, Lara Croft etc).

Hi all. I am happy that a simple statement about laksa can score some new additional postings. Introduced by my very old friend Cindy Lim from the class of 1992 (i think, she may be older than she claims... ha ha), I am new to this sort of "postings" stuff and kinda like leaning how it works. :o
Anyways, the main reason why I started this "Quotable Quotes" thread is to encourage everyone at ACS Alimni to share their favourite positive quotes that will inspire all to improve their professional and private lives. I am an advocate of continuous learning and believe that we should learn from each other and inspire each other.
I work in a stressful environment and I sometimes find that quotes keeps me positive to continue to do my best in my professional and private life. Also, my subordinates at work find notable quotes one of the many useful means to motivate them. Simple quotes like "Do or do not, there is no try", somethnig that I picked up from Master Yoda from Star Wars, kinda means a lot if you really drill into it.
As such, again, I invite everyone to share their favourite quotes or learning experiences so that the all in the ACS Alumni will continue to inspire each other to do their best in life. Even funny quotes that will put a smile on our faces after a hard day, are good too. :)
