Different view means for example lurkers. They can see all except the Underground. For Admin and Mods, they have extra column for mods to discuss thing. I think is like that. Or else how you think they can monitor so many anak-anak here.

sorry i meant sharpe ratio. it's a measure of reward in finance. basically, how much return do you get per unit of risk taken, risk being measure by standard deviation. anything more than 1 means you're getting more returns for the risk you take, so less than 1 is no good lah... :D

in form 1 in english, we were in small groups and had to write a short sketch and then have the group act it out. it was hilarious, euj was in my group and he was "Super Eu-Jene" to the rescue of some crime or other!! :D we had him jump out from outside the class in through the door with his PE t shirt tied around his neck flowing down his back like a cacat little cape. :D :D

poor euj - he was such a good sport to do it. we got some pretty good reviews from our classmates oso..

draats! i thought you guys would have forgotten that by now. don't tell me after all these years, that's all i'm remembered for. yes, i did do story-telling in primary school. in standard 6 i made it to the finals against some Convent girl, and our principal, Mr Lim, insisted that I practice a few times in front of the assembly. I think I'm still the only guy to win the comp! :p

walamak - i just turned 30 :) not old yet. my co-workers tell me wait until 35 is a good time to have kids - you are stable, you know yourself really well, and are mentally and hopefully financially ready to be a mum. by that clock, i got 5 years lah - not planning to wait that long, but there's no rush really. 30 is still young - my biological clock is not yet ticking away inside my head.

2 packets maggi mee for lunch!! :D i like indomie pedas for lunch myself, but only if got stove. first cook the noodles until al dente, then drain and put back into pot (use non-stick pot). then put in all the packets from the indomie and add cayenne pepper powder for extra kick. kacau. add a bit of oil, and put 2 eggs in. spread noodles over the egg and cook until firm (ish - i like my eggs on the raw side). slide out of pot and fold onto a plate. serve hot. here in the US the generic term for instant noodles is ramen, so this is what vin calls the "ramelette" :D

yeah, that's a tough one. i guess as time goes by, we have to make new friends, but old friends will always be there even though they don't keep in touch as much as they would like. just like me and sila. we don't keep in touch much, but we're always there for each other and when we do meet, we have a ball... :p
