nice to see that there are some many of you who remembered me but... I try to remember all of you again la... from the volleyball courts to camping grounds.

Unfortunately, I became socially handicapped during CNY when my handphone kaputed on me after I send out CNY greeting. I thought of catching up with some of you.

Yes, I am from Stephanie's class which is the same one with David, 2nd bau, Lai hang, Yee Hui, Ming Yih, Yong Huat, Boon Leong, Joo Shin, etc, etc, etc

Selena... volleyball cannot travel up to 1000KM per/hour ma.... per day maybe la... But then... the amazon ladies from Ayer Tawar.. anything can happen ma.... But, you are really a good player. I was hoping you would make it to Perak team.

Met up with Ming Yih in Singapore few weeks ago. He saved my life with some medication after I had flu there. Also, met the 2nd Bau across the causeway with Ming Yih. BTW, Ming Yih does not jual-ubat @ Bugis. He is a practising doctor in Singapore.

My first live Heimlich manoevre on an unconcious child somemore....... needless to say, it failed badly..... I think there was not enough air to dislodge the seed.
What to do..... I took a torchlight and look down the throat..... Well thank God that my fingers are long... korek-ed the seed..... and send the parents off to hospital....
What's the outcome, I don't know... never heard from them since...

you probably sent the seed upwards into reach when you gave him the heimlich, otherwise you may not have been able to get it out. but yes the lack of air pressure to dislodge obstacle is wot i was worried abt. ta for the contributions dt & monay

That's a picture of a real incisional hernia....


Incisional hernias are caused by thinning or stretching of scar tissue that forms after surgery. This weakened scar tissue then creates a weakness in the abdominal wall. Excessive weight gain, physical activity that places pressure on the abdomen, pregnancy, straining during bowel movements because of constipation, severe vomiting, or chronic and intense coughing causes the scar tissue to thin or stretch. Because the abdominal wall is weak, the hernia occurs during abdominal strain.

If you have some frontal faced zazu, I would put in some rimmed glasses to make it more "respectable"
