yeah.. cheaper.. but their lenses have crazy price tags. :laugh:

Very soon we will have a RM3k camera with D3 specs. And RM699 entry level DSLR. hehehe

Zeiss or not, it's still expensive especially when an equivalent lens from nikon or canon is half the price. :laugh::laugh:

It's a little bit of a controlled environment camera. Eg. Studio. Does not work well under uncontrolled photoshoots like sports, photojournalistic.. etc etc... and where high iso performance is required, its not up to par..

that's what i heard/read lar. hehe

Their Sony G as well as Carl Zeiss lineup (EVEN MORE DAHSYAT and POCKET-BURNING! :eek:) - but MANY budget photogs will resort to the older Minolta lenses tho' they may be scarce........
