once that is established, we get the national fishermen association to manufacture a fishing net which is 1000 meters wide and 1000 meters in length.

now we get a B-52 bombers from the air force, tie each end of the net to every plane, fly over the tree and drop the net.

then we send in the SWAT team to apprehend the birds.
