So wonderful to watch Lightning Bolt's performance !

It's really rare to do a double for the 100m and 200m and at the same time break the World records in an Olympics..

And the audacity of it all .. he made them look so easy ... like a stroll down the garden path with time to spare for some fooling around ..

The double sprint golds were 2 pieces of cake for him and 4x100m world record was icing on the cake !

for me, Michael Phelps is the best! 8 gold in a single Olympics, and not to mention the world records that comes with those gold. Bolt is great, but nowhere near Phelps in my opinion.

Carol Huynh - gold for wrestling
Lolo Jones, even though she didn't win a medal, she came from a poverty stricken background to compete at such an elite level. She was gracious when interviewed after her race and then went off and cried her heart out, she might not have won the race, but she showed the heart of an Olympian.
