ACS OPA CNY dinner @ 7th Feb?

Mum called to tell me there's an OPA CNY dinner at ACS school hall @ 7pm on 7th Feb. She saw it in Star Metro today, it's open to all ACS leavers & friends, it's FOC and no registration, buffet style. She says me, sis, bro as alumnis can go.

Can anyone verify this cuz I very karat on S'wan news liao? Is anyone from forum going?

Aiyerr - more usually I pop in VERY BRIEFLY, then......added to that, over some recent years there was a rave response for KFC when ACS Alumni Dato' George Ting was still part of KFC's key management - but still, let's all hope for better food then!

i just discussed with sis and we rather spend our 1st day cny with grandma & relatives in penang cuz we hardly visit for a loooooonnnnng time. well, dats where all the angpau & good food is anyway.... hehehee... :D

hi ah boh.... i have attended twice so far (brought by ju shih my ex-classmate)
it's FOC so don't expect the food to be 5-star loh......
but it was a nice surprise mtg some of our old schoolmates from other years (whom we seldom meet unlike our own year mates) and what a delight to bump into old teachers galore..... they could still recognize us and when we called them sir or mrs so and so they all responded "paisay liao lah..... u are not a kid in school anymore so don't call us that....." :D

if i have the chance again i would drop in (after own family makan) and have an ais-krim potong at the opa!!!
