hey guys & gals,


so let's coordinate what to bring for the forum makan makan....


1. Athena - chicken wings :D
2. Fishingman - pork free sausages! - fire up the grill fellas!
3. SiewJang - longan & soyabean jelly -- sweet sweet dessert
4. Janice Joy - cake -- :) so sweet of her to offer all the way for Ozland
5. daboss - either ayamas chicken or satay
6. Witch King - beef rendang, with a coupla sticks of lemang with some URK (unidentified raya kueh)

What's lemang? Ketupat I remember, but lemang? Is it rice type food?

lemang..rice type of food...i'm not sure wehther it can be termed as glutinous rice or not..it's those things they cook in bamboo..
