This is a mail I received from Fulat's brother, Fulamak. Just to share with you guys..

Dear Friends.

I am passing this on to you because we all need inner peace.
By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally
found
out the way to achieve it. The article read :

"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've
started."

So I looked around the house to see all the things I started and hadn't
finished.... and before coming to work this morning I have finished off
a
bottle of Bacardi, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of Jim Beam, my
Prozac,
some valium, a small box of chocolates and 2 litres of Fosters Lager, a
½
can of cider, a large reefer and some cheese.

I agree with the first part though, that is to complete what you have started. I also believe it is also to be at peace with yourself, to accept the person you have come to be or become.

One don't need to stick one's butt up in the air to achieve inner peace.
Inner peace is about the mind.
Not stretching your legs or hands in funny positions.
