What is the hype about magicians nowadays walking out in the streets and scaring ppl out of their daylights with their mind boggling magic shows...

I think david blaine was the trend starter but the one that amazed me the most is the japanese(i think) Cyril....really shocking...

Not only that even a Malaysian is walking this path now and his name is Ezad:amazed:

Yeah! Malaysia boleh.... so be careful walking in the streets and watch out for enthusiastic magicians pulling a 50sen coin from your nostril cos you might bleed...HAHA:laugh:

Agree with you on getting the front seat. If I go, it will be 4 X 148 ....too expensive laa. Have to be satisfied with watching old tricks on tv.
In fact, i just watch thru his magic on youtube this afternoon with my kids. So many tricks i've never seen before, i especially like the levitating/ flying one ...so graceful. Can't imagine he's already 50 yrs old now.

yeah, saw that too. The sawing into half are done by contortionist, bending their body to fit half the box. You can see thru the tricks in normal magic shows. But David Copperfield....he could saw the person into many small parts, and scatter them around. Really amazed me how he did it, unless there's special effects?:unsure: And walking thru great wall? And making the statue of liberty disappear?
Anyway, to enjoy a magic show, you gotta stop wondering how they do it and just enjoy yourself. It's better if the magician got great showmanship, like David Copperfield. Hmmm...maybe I should bring my kids to his show.
