Have supper, eat lots of roti canai & nasi lemak, exercise less... Those are don'ts. By the way, I am in no position to give advise (hope you get what I mean :))

I think the worse is after makan sit in office whole day and thats where the extra padding goes...tummy.....
Have a friend that went for operation to remove the oil/fat under the tummy.... I dun think i would go for such procedure to reduce it as its too dangerous...

Eat normal times..
Do not skip meal.. skip only supper..
exercise.. at least 20 minutes cardiovascular (70% extra of normal heart rate) exercise.. + sit ups.

2) Play badminton with a good badminton player 5 times a week

True true.. I used to have a smaller tummy when working in Spore. You knowlah, there gotta walk a lot, take bus & mrt, walk again.. But when back to KL, i've put on 10kgs already.. So tummy also a bit flabby and my wife also commented... Even her tummy big also I still love her! :D
Anyway I suppose after delivering she might wanna go for full workout to remove whatever excess flabs.. die lah myself gotta accompany her on her jogs and swimming.. :)

If you dont believe me? go to the hottest and most happening places in town and take a look. Every now and again, I see super duper solid chicks or chickadees with balding man with pot bellies. Some have even bigger bellies than mine.

Hmmm..... come to think of it, now I know why most "average" women detest men with tummies coz they cannot get them in the first place coz the competition with all the other hot chicks are too intense and nerve wreaking...just like in the reality show "For love or money", but in this case, " For love or Tummy!!"

Also, speaking from experience, I used to think that having a belly is a disadvantage but I was so wrong. As I grew older and my belly bigger, some how or rather, I am having more and more young, solid hot chicks for company!! Maybe Linkinfark cannot confirm my claims coz he always locked up in prison at Puchong but I am sure he seen some preview. hehe...

Also, I was told by this pot bellied indian gentleman many years ago before I had a tummy worth mentioning, he said," u know why women like big bellies?" "coz when you are doing her missionary style, your belly will be able to stimulate her clitoris..!!" hahaha.... best advice ever.
