the date would be decided by the organizing committee but going by tradition, its usually towards the end of the year but of course, it doesn't have to follow tradition. Having said that, you probably need almost 1 year to get hold of ppl and to prepare them to attend the reunion.

Thanks for the info, end of the year sounds pretty good but the committee have to bare in mind people living away from Malaysia because it is not always possible to purchase ticket on short notice. May I suggest October because the cost of ticket to Malaysia increases dramatically from Mid November till December.
