We had a great supper (last evening) with some big brothers at Koping. The **** ribs and sweet & sour fish fillet are just yummy. Not forgetting the all time favourite Koping-Style big bowl 'lu mian' and the "ko rou" (fish floats).


This morning we had "kam puan" party.

oh, i've heard all about those "hotels"... in fact when my uncle was home he got some bird nest directly from hotel owner (cheaper mah)... my god, it was still with all the feathers etc... cleaning those up also take so much time and very tiring... but the end result, very thick bird nest porridge, yummm.....
