daBoss, thanks for the latest upgrade. Noticed there are new functions with the upgrade and how does it work??
1. the icon with the quote and + sign.
2. the arrow next the person within the quote.

Did I miss out anything else??

Soli laaa......I blur blur.....:(

For item 1.
It's called multi-quote. If you want to quote mutiple posts, just click the +sign and it will turn red. When you are ready to type your responses, click the normal quote button.

Try it... it's fun... :)
Example here: http://www.acs-sitiawan.com/forum/showpost.php?p=353126&postcount=94

Admin/mod, please move this thread to suggestion and feedback. Thanks.

Item 2.

The arrow is to allow you to click and view the actual post by the quoted poster.
Click it to try... no harm will be done to be system... :)

another one......if you want to quote only one post, which is a reply to previous posts, you have to click to deselect those posts, otherwise all the posts which is related to that one post you are quoting will also appear.

Do I made myself clear or am I juz as confused......????

oddfather - i think if you are in the same thread and you have some of the multiple quotes " marked (turns red) then you do have to deselect in order to only quote just the one thing. otherwise it remembers that you've clicked on that post. (i think lah - this upgrade is new to me too.. :o )

i've tested where i selected a few to quote then i left the thread without clicking "Quote" then i came back, i could quote just 1 post, like we used to do.

I believe that this is a one-off incident where you were testing the muti-quote feature. Give this thread a shout if you face similar issues. :)

maybe I did something which both posts, Hades and Sarah posts came up(pls refer to my last post to see what I mean.) I didn't quote Sarah's post, only Hades' but both posts were quoted. So I blur blur.
