benx, hav u tried arrangin for a gatherin b4? esp when ppl dun appreciate it? i dun mind any1 joining sincerely, cuz it doesnt really matter as long as v get to c all those old faces...but i organised a few times of gathering couple of yrs bk, n the most succesful one was wit 15 ppl or so that turned up.. V r alot happier than when once 30 over ppl turned up, but part of them were there to create problems rather than making the gathering a point,which is to update each other about every1...

Good then let see... I arranged before gathering with others fren before but not class cause i don't have much contacts with me. However It will always easy if someone can contribute as much handphone number to this forum so that we will break down all the classes by the phone. After that we will start sms and let them pick the date once the date is fixed everyone chip in a little $$ and we pick the place for them. Make it like a birthday party occasion then okie... Our contactors will be TEOHCW

LiLiaN - appoint someone like Alka, who has tons of free time, to be the "official yellow pages" ie to update everybody's contact no. The gathering for class of 85 is held on the 1st day of CNY every year. After a while, they know where & when to meet.

my class is unique (that's why i love them all!)... i live abroad but just got suggested to be appointed as yellow pages maintainer... a bit terbalik right...? but then maybe i kaypoh enough.... :rolleyes:

i do live comfortably enough, courtesy of my aunts and my uncles who live here... they'll bring me out to nice restaurants, pay for shoppings, etc... in short, they are looking after me very well...

i myself do have only shoe-string size salary, but i work hard enough on my budgeting... plus there's always cheap flights here in europe... e.g. right now, aer lingus (irish airlines) is having sales on flights - less than 50euro including taxes to paris return!! ticket is only 3euro one way, like buying sandwich for lunch! it's the taxes that bulk up the price... crazy isn't it? plus stay with friends = free accommodation.. :D

so tempted to buy ticket to go to budapest, also same price range... but it would severely stretch my budget as i'm trying to save for summer holiday at home this coming june... i've been financially independent from my parents since i moved here...

aw, there's a way to increase the mailbox size on your hotmail... and yes, your email on the circulation is the hotmail... maybe you wanna try upgrade your hotmail for free so there's no change needed to the mailing list...? instruction at member's exchange corner, the new gmail account thread... :)
