But i think that if i decide that i don't want to get into a relationship with anyone....thats a choice i've made and i ain't complaining about being lonely or unhappy. I am in one of the best stage in my life whereby i do not have to answer and be responsible for anyone. hi everybody, wah sometime no forum, "poor dino" under heavy fire huh? :eek:
recently away to "rejuvenate n refresh" body, mind n soul..really needed a break after hectic marathon teaching streak..whew!! all students finally sat 4 their exams!! :D
currently one month into a weight management program. been unsuccesfully trying 2 loose weight after 3rd bebe..I was feeling sluggish, with frequent migraine attacks and a general lack of enthusiasm for life,had oily blemished skin..the works..:squeeze:
4 weeks into this program n the results r fantastic!! i have lost 5 kgs to date, 24cm body fat overall. In 7 days I got all my energy back, my blood sugar level is stable, my migraines are gone and my skin condition improved n i feel great!!

whoa! did not have internet for a week and this thread has exploded with all the pressure on Dino! hehe...

oh BTW, i have finally moved to Cincinnati....of course, my flights were delayed, missed my connection, got on the next flight but my luggage did not.....luckily, the airline delivered them to my apt. that very same night. phew! had some broken stuff though...including my SPECS! which was in its case and in a huge tupperware....i have no idea how the tupperware, specs case and specs could break since i wrapped them with my comforter!!! aaarrggghhh! weird eh? my specs broke but my huge all-in-one printer did not???!!

so how's everyone? congrats on losing the weight, Belle! I am so glad my uni has a huge gym! Can't wait to use it!:D
