For us...selling off fore father rubber land is a crime like that.....But what to do....who going to take care lor....we are so busy leh.....My grandpa was among the first Hinghwa in Ayer Tawar at 1918......After shifted from Changkat Jering....

I think my Grandfather come to Ayer Tawar in 1918 lah....staying in Hing Hua kon....Ayer Tawar.....He was 18 years old then married at 16 years old.....Few pioneer Hing Hua lang in Ayer Tawar who don't speak a single malay or hock chew word but surviving well and working very hard for the future.....By the 50's and 60's become major land holder in Ayer Tawar....but divided to the childrens becomes.....tiny pieces......
