This week have been ok, tq......as for plans of coming down to kl, was planning to come for Jim loi's gathering but my dad too have plans of going down to kl that weekend, so most probably tak jadi....will definitely make plans to come and visit all of u one of the weekends.....as for my sis, she malas to go over to her hubby's shop where the pc with internet connection is....maklum le, with 4 kids, she's pretty tied up.....well gotta go now...it's my gal's turn to hog over the pc...have a nice weekend dik....kirim salam kat Noor and hugs to the princess...;)

All 3 of us chemist (all married woman, with kids) dread the travelling, altho company pay for business class flight. 2 years into the that work, i got married and pregnant, so i got excuse for not travelling, had someone else replace me. After that my excuse was i was still breastfeeding, therefore cannot leave the child. But the pressure from the boss to travel was there, finally i left the company to avoid the pressure. Not easy to be a working mom... sometimes i feel it's such a waste i never managed to go to UK FOC, business class somemore...but it's my own choice, so no room for regret.

Haiyaaaa!!!! Sitting on the plane seorang-seorang like budak bodoh...where got fun one.... :laugh:

It's long hours sitting and do nothing - by the time you have browse thru ALL TV's channels and watch ALL the movies, etc... it is WORSE than working at Fajar Sitiawan... I've finished Kung Fu Hustle 4 times... 2 times going and 2 times on return... all other movies "irritates" me to no end.....

Plenty... hotel, foodcourt...that is if you don't mind the Malay stall being next to chinese non-halal stall...then every food court have Malay halal stall. Kalau masih was was, there's always KFC and MacD.

...that I realised this morning, that my job pays peanuts for my skills, but.....it offers excellent career advancement If I am willing to wait and bide my time, that it gives me an excellent opportunity to advance my knowledge with their HRDF contributions, ...and that the people (there are about 2500 Northport'ians) I deal with and my colleagues (bosses included) are generally really really nice AND PLEASANT to work with, we laugh when at work, we share ideas, we share dirty jokes (...wait, wat the hell is THIS doing here :huh:..o well whatever:noworry:...). I guess THAT more than anything else....made me tolerate the long drive evryday to and from work.......

Pleasant colleagues and boss are the most important criteria at work. Even if they pay you cashew nuts or macadamia, but you have to watch your back everywhere you go also no point. We spend more than half of our working hours at work with these people.
