why did you give up eating meat, if you don't mind me asking?
hmmm...it might sound silly, but there was this period of time i was really stressed out BECAUSE OF breakout of pimples (it was realli bad till my dad scolded me "dunno how 2 take care of self" - as if i asked for it)

i have tried so many creams & all, till finally decided to work on my food & exercising habit. gave up oily stuffs, ok abit..then realized i was tempted to go for non-vege food coz of its easy availability around me (wic was usually more fatty & all - eg:burger).
so...i had 1 full week of eating all the non-vege stuffs i wanted to...i think i even tried ostrich meat, haha...and then tatz it. gave up (except for egg)!

But some ppl refuse to accept when i use the term 'vegetarian' coz if i really got no gravy, i'll just take the gravy (-fish/meat/wateva) esp when at home or relative's place. dowan to trouble them cook separate for me.

oh..as for pimples, it did reduce significantly. And months after that, i started using Roaccutane. Since i was never one who have to have meaty stuffs (since b4), i found that i could carry on with this way of living (healthier to an extent, i guess..)

Now still trying to work on eating habits...which is my 'binging' on ice-cream, etc problem! How leh...

I hate especially the tau pok (puffed bean curd). What about you? Do you get BKT in Perth? You should buy the A1 herbs packet here. Just boiled everything for 2 hours. Viola....

I usually buy another brand, not the A1 type, it's yew chian BKT or something like that, RM4 per packet. The mixture of herbs taste better in my opinion-laaaaaaa....
