Mapping the above to the number of boobies, it looks like the max number of boobies will stay at 11 when one reaches 1500 points. The difference between 11 boobies members is the comment; "user has a brilliant future" vs " user has a reputation beyond repute".

I am wondering if the system is going to allow the Forum to move forward bcoz eventually every member will reach the max. :unsure:

but there's a dampening factor of 3...
so need more points to get boobies...

i haven't quite master the details but basically, for illustrative purposes...
say, if previously you need 100 points to get a new boobie...
now you would need 300 points to get a new boobie...

as for the breakdown, i am not certain...
(very busy workwise so no time to check all details yet)

300 points for a boobie. Pretty straight forward, unless got something hidden that we don't know of, for now.

not necessarily true.

Let me try;
300 pts - 1st green
600 pts - 2nd green
900 pts - 3rd green
1500 pts - 4th green
2100 pts - 5th green
2700 pts - 6th green
3300 pts - 7th green
3900 pts - 8th green
4500 pts - 9th green
5100 pts - 10th green
5700 pts - 11th green

basically after 3rd green, one would need 600 points to go to the next green. As vB default is 11th green, so it will stop again when one reached 5700 pts.

Is this correct??

and to add to my observation, your point altering power formula has also changed. its is now number of points/100 + number of posts + number of year(s) you are a member.


This is, of course until now, unless the back end is hacked again to further modify the system.
