i'm looking at between AUD8000 and AUD15000. there are so many kinds. does any one know the pros and cons of:
- aprilia pegaso 650
- suzuki sv650
- moto guzzi breva 750
- moto guzzie nevada 750
- kawasaki zx6r
- honda cbr 600
- honda cd 600 hornet
i know it's a big list, but that's my shortlist so far. each one seems to have pros and cons. overall i love the moto guzzi breva and the kawasaki zx6r. problem is moto guzzi is slow and zx6r is uncomfortable. any comments?

I had friend who is crazy about big bikes too. I remember I asked him once about the maximum speed it can go.. Guess what is his answer? He don't know.. Hehehehe... So I 'hantam' him, why don;t know, if owns a big bike and doesn;t go fast , what is the point ... hehehhee

He 'hamtam' balik, saying that is the difference between big boys and small boys..... big boys don;t race with the bikes, they 'makan angin' with it, imagine buying a 100K+ bike and race, crash then how? not only body 'sakit' , hati also sakit.....:laugh: And normally the big bikes doesn't need modification on the exhaust system, their sound is unique enough .. only small boys with small bikes will go for those deafening exhaust sounds.... :laugh: Agreed with him fellow bikers ?? What he said seems to make a lot of sense to me...:laugh:

It's true happyghost...We try to preserve the superbikes and value it more..if we thrashed it everyday your heart aches and then you know the speed big bike can carry you..it's frightening at times..Once I touched 180 mph...that's about 290 kmph...you start to wonder how much braking space left....:eek:

Mine's Honda CBR 600 F2. It's a sports tourer. The sitting position is more relaxed than the ones JimiLoi likes.

Thanks bro..but it won't be long...I'm preparing for a race by next month...There will be mods on the bike...horsepower now at 161..need to put in a power commander to hit at least 174...hopefully...So far spent almost 92K already:crying: ...need to fork out more by next week when my racing parts and tyres comes in...:blink:

I am a member of MAFTS(Motorcyclist Association for Federal Territory and Selangor)..we do races on and off provide support during MotoGP at Sepang...we got many racers under our belt and encourage a lot of motorcycling awareness..recently we lost our Vice President in a motorcycle accident..you might had heard of it...was mentioned in the Star newspaper..our Estee Lauder Senior Finance GM...Mr.Chan Kum Seng...God rest his soul:sad-2: ...

Anyway we race at Sepang track for many years...Sessions are usually short but very furious speed..usually for more of learning curve as well....But I enjoyed it...and yah..I hate illegal racing..not supprted by our Association...:blink:
