Perth is a nice place. Been there. Brisbane is a little too commercialize. Gold Coast make me look odd in my T-shirt, dem! Always reminded myself. Never wear T-shirt in Gold Coast! That is for sure is you don't want to look like a jakun.
I've been married to the same guy for the past 7 years. Eldest now G 4y/o and youngest B 2y/o. No pets. Still prefer to invest in kids :D . Pet don't live long in our house. Don't know why. :rolleyes: With kids around we learn more characters from play-house disney channel compare to HBO. Don't know who is Bratt Pit now. (duhh, i can't even spell his name. paiseh, paiseh). Guess i've put on a little weight compare to childhood days. *yawn* i think i've bored half of the ppl in here now.

he sure kept us all under control - but looking back even when running round the field or pumping exercise or kena rotan or whatever, i had a lot of good fun and good memories (not to mention learned a lot) in mr. patrick's class. and i certainly still answer to "eh, girl!" since that was mostly what he called me in class!

remember the time in form3... a garbage truck passed outside the window and he started asking everyone what that truck was called in english... the word he was looking for was Dumpster... but the answers he got was rubbish truck, lorry etc etc. i remembered the whole class was standing when no one got it!

- the time when he was teaching us Geography and he was teaching us about Thailand and he asked what the most populart hobby in the world was, to which I replied, 'stamp collecting' and he said, 'No stupid! It's sex!'. I'm still sure I was right.

the PX 200 was also sold in Europe and America, but now only in Australia cos they increase the emission laws in Europe and America. the still sell the PX 150 and 100 in Europe and America though.

during his P.E classes... he is great.. he will make sure that 3A1 and 3A2 will fight the honour in P.E.. then u have Mr Naidu... soft spoken sejarah teacher... he is good..
i still remember the words he utter " Dei Gila".... he is wonderfull..... i always have some thing to do with him during our session in Interact Club.. where he makes sure i will take part of any of the games session or other activities...

yes and yes. and i think in form one when we had that malay maths teacher i got into trouble. not for copying but something else. i usually copied pebbles' maths and handed them in together. in this case someone had scribbled 'fuck' all over some of the pages and the teacher was adamant it was me eventhough pebs' insisted it wasn't me. can't remember what the punishment was and never found out who wrote it...

mmmmm i rememebr those days when we use to wait for school holidays so that we can paint the school walls and compound.... still doing that Sila...??over there..??? hehhee
any ppl.. should these be fun and cool.... well school days... like those who were in Std 6U, 6M, 6B.... Ahhhhhh what a life... always want to makan in secondary school canteen.... then after school leapak near the stairs at the 6U and 6M classroom..... looking out for teahers and friends..... teasing each other.... Guys and Girls... Do u still remember Teacher's Day..... we use to play with teachers in Net Play game... and also Volleyball...
Well those are some memorable momens shared with all of you.. hope that will refresh some more memories and we can actually talk all about it the whole day....

italy was crazy. just got back to perth this morning. sitting on my balcony with some grappa. going to sleep now. new year's eve in rome was crazy. went out with 2 of the staff from the hotel where i was staying - 1 girl is from austria and the other is from rome. i'll tell you guys more about my hol when i wake up. bloody tired.

nothing much to tell sila. ;) a gemtleman never talks: when i got there the first night i saw a couple of chicks having drinks around midnight in the bar area of the hotel and went over to talk to them. turned out they were staff there. we had a few wines and then went for dinner and drinks. they said they were going out for new year's eve and invited me along. so, i went out with them to a rave in the outskirts of rome. it was huge. i have no idea how many people were there, but in the warehouse/disco i was at there were probably 1000 people and the venue had probably another dozen places like that. suffice to say i had a really fun time. didn't get back to the hotel till about seven.

ok, here goes:
- got to rome on 18th of dec. flew straight to venice. they lost my bag. so i hired a car and drove into town and parked, where i was bloody charged 20 Euros for 30 minutes! bought a sweater cos i was freezing - 200 Euros. then drove to Cortina, which is in the Dolomites.
- bought another set of sky gear, but then my stuff arrive a day later. pissed off. skied for a week. was so tired, slept at 7pm every day and woke up at 4am. skied everyday from 10am to 4pm.
- drove to Bologna to visit the Baldoni family - Guido, Nadia, Lorenzo and Nora. Spent the night there.
- drove back to Venice, left the car at the airport and took a train to Florence.
- spent 3 days in Florence and met Jesus. he showed me the way and gave me shelter - Jesus was the name of the guy who ran the hostel i stayed at. looked at lots of old shit. the highlight was david. stunning. had tears in my eyes. the fashion there was the best too. should have bought my clothes, there, but only got 1 dress shirt.
- took train to rome. went to pantheon, vatican, trevi fountain, spanish steps. the sistine chapel was stunning. michaelangelo is a god, but i have to say, i love sculpture the most. the pieta of his was amazing. molto bello! troppo bello!
- lots of shopping. bought shirts, shoes, pants, sunnies...i have a huge hole in my credit card now.
- stayed at a 5 star hotel, booked through work, cos couldn't get anything else. met a really fun chick from canada at the hotel - shannon. she'd been travelling for the last 3 months in europe. she's a journalist a hoot. we watched shrek 2 one night in italian and had ethiopian food another night.
- new year's eve in rome, went out to a rave with 2 chicks who work at the hotel - luna and johanna - from rome and austria respectively.
- flew to hong kong on the 2nd of jan. didn't do much. went out at night with a friend - jeannie, partying and slept during the day.
- and THAT'S ABOUT IT!

that was the highlight. absolutely loved it. was so tiring though, but the fulfilling kind of tiring. highly recommended. i'm thinking of maybe going somewhere cheaper and nearer in the middle of the year. maybe new south wales or queenstown in NZ. my instructor was really good - marina. really made things a lot easier.

hey man. you can do it. it's worthwhile putting in the effort i reckon, even if it's just for health reason. we're not young any more, you know? i try to incorporate all sorts of stuff so that it seems less like excercise, so besides gym, there's hockey once a week, salsa classes once a week, walking the dogs once a week, push-ups once a week. basically anything to make sure i keep moving. best if you and vin do it together. more motivation.

can't go on atkins. i hate eating meat. i am a veggie and seafood girl. cows, chickens, sheep, whatever lah, can take it or leave it. when i was small my mom had to punish me to make me eat my share of the meats.. seriously! i cheated and hid some ;) and i still don't really like it. so i have to take that into account - if i go on atkins, means starvation diet. not a good way to lose weight.

sila, seriously, read the book. you can be a vegetarian and be on atkins. there are so many misconceptions. it's very cheap on amazon, or do i have to make that my bday pressie for you?

For the head start of Atkins diet, one have to be on only eggs for a week. No matter how you cook them. Hardboiled, scramble..... . 2nd week, purely on chicken meat. No red meat. Chicken without the skin. Atkins diet doesn't contain fruits. Fruits contains sugar and that actually make you fat. Take only vege. Raw even better like cucumber. I like raw zuchinni with smashed hardboiled egg with little mayonese (for taste la).
Eat only high fibre bread and not white bread. Exercise in the morning and not evening. If you exercise in the morning, it will burn the fat that you stored and evening exercise will burn the fat for that day.

it is very sexy and expressive. you guys have to try it. i'm pretty sure in kl there are places where you can get lessons. went with indra on tuesday. supposed to go again tonight, but too tired, so we're just going to stay home, i'll cook some pasta and then we'll watch my fav tv show - nip/tuck. actually, before that we might go for a walk along the river. :)

it was my senior picture, taken in 1998 (before i lopped my hair off for graduation). it's the one i got taken for my senior/graduation yearbook. i think it was the last professionally taken photo i've done other than for passports and admin stuff where i don't even have a copy of it left.
