Road Closures

This week and the next.. there will be road closures within the golden triangle... from about 7.45am onwards..

Roads affected.. :

- Jalan Ampang (from Tun Razak till P. Ramlee)
- Sultan Ismail from Jalan Ampang till B. Bintang
- Jalan Raja Chulan from P.Ramlee till B. Bintang
- Jalan P. Ramlee
- Jalan Kia Peng
- Yap Kwan Seng (from Tun Razak)
- Jalan Imbi
- Jalan Stonor
- Jalan Binjai

Also note that access to Jalan Stonor, Lorong Kuda, B. Bintang, Kia Peng from Tun Razak will be closed.

FYI..

Best to avoid going into those areas after 7.30am... Wake up early.. go office early... have teh tarik and nasi lemak..

Go before 7.30am.. sure no problem..
They open the roads at about 9am.. takes quite a while before the traffic clears..

Today, 6th December, roads will be closed from 3pm onwards ard KLCC.

Also.. from Tun Razak into B. Bintang, Stonor, Medan Kuda also closed..

Best to avoid that area entirely. If you are working there... stay in office and finish up some work.. or go have coffee first..

Tentatively.. they will close in the morning around 7.45 till about 9. Then in the evening... 3-5pm.. and at times.. 7.30-9pm... until 13 Dec. Avoid KLCC around those times.

As for me, no sweat. I will be on the highway and back to Sitiawan by afternoon. Woohooooo... (Bidor to Sitiawan got any road closure ah?)

KoChun... those are not blocks.. those are speed traps... everytime kena there wan.. esp. along the 60kmh limit..

You may want to consider postponing your trip this weekend as KLCC will be jam pack with our ASEAN visitors. All the gomen meetings are there..so stay away. However, I cun say that for myself as I have to attend some of them starting this Friday. :crying:
