When i go to Asian store, i always hope that one day there will be Kg.Koh chilli sauce but sadly most of the time, its Indonesian brand. Maybe Kg.Koh chilli sauce too much chemicals to pass US FDA. :laugh:

Dunno....i don't even finish up a can...normally just 1/3 gone...then i pour away...i enjoy fruit juice better.....but they have a lot of calories in them also. Water is best!!!

I honestly have to forgo that concept of eating all my food in one go. If i follow that rule i go sideways even more. But one thing that is good is that most of the time the portions are big because of the carbs. So i figure i eat only the meat and vege....and leave the pasta or rice behind. :o

that's good practice, dino. i do eat as much veggies as i can, but i actually don't like to eat meat lah - never have. my mum had to force me to eat my meats when i was little, but no problems eating the veggie. so now i have to force myself to take some protein.. :(

i control my intake a bit lah - force myself to eat more protein. i like tofu, but these ang moh donno what to do with it - when they cook it got no flavor, so if i go asian place then i eat a lot of tofu. i just cut down on calories total - when i travel actually i only drink 2 bottles of coke a day, sometimes less (seriously, this is cutting down - i used to drink coke like it was water). drink more water, and more juice - i found this juice called "Honest Ade" that is made using cane sugar, and not high fructose corn syrup, and has more fruit juice and isn't overly sweet so it's not bad lah for on the road. their cranberry lemonade and limeade is quite good. taste like my mum squeezed the lime to make it. :D

it's icy out - a little crust of ice. we didn't get the snow that was predicted but we got icy rain last night so we're planning to stay in tonight. i have marlin steaks and chicken thighs defrosting in the kitchen...

note to self: need to get salt for the driveway...

vin and i aren't planning to leave the house today ;) we went out last night when they predicted the snow, while it started to rain, and ran our errands. decided that way we don't have to worry about it today. good thing, huh??

so sad this ice and snow season is here now. how's seattle doing? snow melt already, or what?

hehehehe - good deal. if that's how snow was, i wouldn't mind it. snow a bit, melt, snow a bit, melt. but especially in New England, you get mounds of snow 2 storeys high that the snow plows gather up in the parking lot, and it stays there getting blacker and blacker until it melts in the spring... so disgusting and depressing... :sick:

Thats why i think Washington and Oregon is the best place to live. We don't have that many crap like this.....worst is only earthquake....but you never know these things.

yeah - well, southern ohio ain't that bad weather wise. we get some snow, but it's not usually tons of it. but we do have tornadoes to worry about! :)

wah, like this i am ever thankful that i live in land of decent portion size...
