Just love to eat them. Was thinking of home made sausages, anyone tried making them b4? I think the main problem will be getting the casings for them. Anyone knows where to get casings in KL?

OK the lap cheong ones can get for certain shops but it's from China.. dried ones..

the normal ones that she makes, she got from the pork seller... a smelly dirty job... that what she said.

I saw in a documentary that u can use plastic casing to make sausages... so what u need is a good plastic casing which can withstand high temperature..then what u do is after cooking the stuff.. just peel the plastic off.

Semua hantam! But not too much lap cheong-lah. The juicy and chewy one are the best. :p yum yum.

Recipe at home-lah, have to wait. But casing dem hard to get one. Most shops won't sell it to you. Took me 1 month before I found it.

Errrrr.... I just dump some old tomatoes from Camerons into my compost box for my worms and they grew. So I transplanted a few into some pots and after about 2-3 months can makan already woh... no secret involved. Maybe water everyday?

Loctor, I did mention b4, it started for fun coz I love sausages but can't find really good one readily available. If wanna go kedai makan everytime sure pokai one, not to mention the ingredients they put in the sausages. So I ended making them myself, after probably about 50-60 phone calls using the yellow pages and following a trail much like a detective I got everything i need.
Now I sell them as well (something like a side income thingy). Still holding on to my day job-lah.
