I was in Louisiana states doing my project engineer work for oil and gas company out in Gulf of Mexico. Most of the time i went to offshore and stay at the platform or rig till the project finish drilling. Once in a while, work at the land job. How about yourself? What do you do and so far are you married yet?

I am a HR practitioner, in charge of the training division as well as staff welfare. I am with Sunrise Berhad, a listed property development firm in Mont'Kiara. We work hard so that the wealthy ones here enjoy being wealthy and pampered. High-end property, that is.

At the moment, I am not married, but I will be next year. And how about you?

Congratulations Jacintha! Not so early for me. Still gonna be a while for me to settle down because I will be in the states until my visa expire at Feb 2008. May be sometimes around 2007 I will ask my company to transfer back to M'sia or Singapore office. Once back to Asian, then I will settle down. Who did u keep in touch in sitiawan? So far i went back home every once a year, i went to look for choo poh in nursery home at simpang empat and met tee wei at one utama damansara last couple months ago. Seem like everybody has pretty good life out there with strong foundation in career.

I might start from Australia, or probably UK since most friends are at these places. I only have two friends in the states and they sounded like they enjoy so much working there....

Mostly here is Cajun people. Cajun actually mix with French because last time Louisiana is belong to French. If you go to US history, you will see "Lousiana Purchase". Quite interesting though.

Dear Sing Hing & Nat,

I am replying to all your e-mails.

I am already in the X'mas mood, and staff are already on leave here at work, which makes it even harder for us to be in the office and at the same time relaxing with not much work to carry out. Two more days to go to X'mas, and the day after X'mas, my future in-laws, my bf Dev, my brother, my sister's family and I will be heading back to Sitiawan for a two-day family reunion. We will be discussing wedding plans. Right now, all we ever talk about is the wedding!

Dev and I have decided to host our engagement party in Malacca for our relatives to meet one another. It will be held at Dev's parents' home in Malacca next month. However, due to Dev's line of duty as a technical crew with MAS, we have to see if he has a weekend off to carry out the engagement party. My uncle from New York whom I was staying with for two years there will be coming to KL on January 7th and will stay on for three months, and that is why we have planned to have the engagement party when he is in town. We plan to tie the knot in Sept/Oct 2005. Still quite a long way more. Our wedding receptions will be held in Sitiawan and Malacca, so Nat, nothing will be held in KL, babe. Thanks for your offer in helping out.
