Really no time for other activity. My wife is always travelling & working late

Yes, considering getting my own place next year after saving enough for downpayment. Over here only need to pay 10% downpayment, monthly installment can pay using cpf money. Rugi if don't use because M'sian can only withdraw cpf after 55 years old.
