Grand Canyon is a very,very nice place. Truly one of the wonders of the world. :)
Btw, that cactus is named Saguaro(su-wa-ro) and if i am not mistaken, its a protected species. Great pics Leslie!!! :)

Nope, never did have the time. I am tempted to go for the National Geographic tour of the Grand Canyon where you do white water rafting also, but it costs $3-5k.... :squeeze: . Also, going such places must go with a local coz people like us don't know the dangers in the dessert and if kena bitten by rattlesnake or gila monster, sure die wan. One day i will go for those hikes, one day!!

Also if snow(its very scenic if it snows), it will be a problem traveling too.
So all depends laaa....i'll leave it to the crowd i suppose. But also, GC also not much to do, just see 1-2 hours can already and hiking is not pleasant in winter....

Yup....no clouds, very cold as no clouds to keep the heat in tact.
And yes, hikes in GC is very,very expensive. I think you'll get quality tours from NG guides. Dunno, it'll be nice to do it one day.

Hi Zazu, sorry pal i do not have Siang Kong contact. Last time i heard from a friend who is working in freight forwarding company he has started his own freight forwarding company at Subang. Will check with my friend if he can help to get his contact.
I will not be going back to Sitiawan this year as will be spending CNY in Kuching Sarawak. Hopefully we can meet in another occasion.

I am with the team alright. Pitcher Lee seems to be able to remember me. I used to be quite close to Siang Kong especially when it comes to music. We performed in competition and Teacher's day. Guess not many people can remember me as i was a very low profile person. :-)
BTW even with the picture i cannot figure out how you look like b4.

Nice picture....Is that your daughter? Yes, time pass.... I still remember some of girl team such as Annie Ho, Siew Ting, Poh Leng, Suan Gait, Phang Siew Hong, Maggie, some Simpang Tiga girl Siew Mee??..and yourself in the team....I met Poh Leng, Suan Gait, Siew Ting and Maggie in ACS dinner last year. Can't really recognised Maggie at first when Sandy Tam introduce. Poh Leng no more in a thick glasses....Good memories.....
