The cangkul is used by swinging it out in front of the body with arms extended to about shoulder height and then bringing it down to the target. Becareful you don;t want to overswing or you might injured your back. Then if you injured your back, then you got two options, either to bear with pain or get some treatment. If you decided to get some treatment, then you got two options again either you see a chinese singseh or a "angmoh" doctor.
If you decided to see a singseh then you also got two options, you can opt for a massage or accupunture. If you go for massage, then you can either go for a traditional massage or new era massage. If you decide to go for accupunture, then you also got two options, either with needle or without needle... If you see the 'angmoh' doctor, then they will just give you painkiller...
