A lot of forummers seem to get stuck in the registration process. After registration, they are not aware that they need to click on the activation link in the welcome email that was sent to them to finalize the registration.

Any ideas how we can minimize this problem? Don't suggest for me to do away with the email confirmation though.... I want to enforce that :)

daBoss,
It sometimes depends on the email service that forummers use. Some corporate servers blocks the mail (suspected spam) and user have no idea that there is a welcoming message. Other webmail services such as GMail does perform some spam filtering. For those using public webmail, check under your Spam folder. The welcoming message may be there. Hope that helps...

Put a red box to remind them to read their email after registering...
As per attached.
