Forum New Version

I can see that daBoss has already upgrade to a new version. But i still like the old ones 100x than this. Really, really don't like this. daBoss, can change it back to the old ones or not?

there shouldn't be any difference to the users... the upgrade only contains fixes to some bugs... look/feel/functionality should remain the same...

anyone have problems with the upgrade, please inform admins/mods...

I think there some problems here..... Before the upgrade, i think i have posted a few hundred postings.... but now it's only 100+. What gives daboss?? Felt like my life's work gone down the tube. Must be the bug thingy screwing up my postings... Futhermore, I have been having sleepless nights... tossing around in bed.... and appetite has been poor.... onli a few seeds and that's it.

Maybe we close eye, close eye...give me a ball park figure..... say 300?

just curious. im not sure whether my eyes or pc got problem or not.

i cant locate the shortcut link where i used to navigate throughout the forum. like a combobox list showing all the forum thread. e.g. Class 198x to 199x. General, Underground and etc.

ok... let's me explain.

under the "Quick Reply" text box, on the right hand side bottom, normally there is a dropdown list box where we can click on it and select which forum thread we wanna to go. E.g. if I want to go to "Class 1995", then i select "Class 1995" and it will bring me straight to "Class 1995" thread.

So now if I want to go to "Class 1995" (assume im on different forum), I have to go back "The Unofficial ACS Sitiawan Alumni Forum" link and then click on "Class 1995" link. Is like a long way, rather a shortcut used to have last time.

unfortunately i got no idea what's this problem about... i've not seen it before...

is it still happening? can you provide more details - e.g. when does it happen, what you did to make it happen, is there a pattern?, etc.
it's happening again tonight, but much less. last night every time i clicked on Reply or anything to load a page, it brings that error up. i have to click "back" and retry. sometimes a coupla times.

depending on what page i'm trying to load, the url changes, but the "on line 543" part is the same.

no biggie though. maybe it's just my system at the mo.

one thing i notice... the refresh rate is very very slow... it takes like ages to load a page even am using broadband.... ages will be like more than 10secs if there are new post on that page... but lets say the page have no new post the page to reload will take more than 20secs... thats very very long....

is this on my side onli. thanks ppl.

since previous version.... i ignore it cos i tut was my network but after travelling overseas, back home in office, different pc also facing the problem.
