dino - pecan pie? pumpkin pie! apple crisp!

egg nog at xmas. thanksgiving just beer and football what. :) apple cider?

btw, this year i made the thanksgiving meal for my future father in law. turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes and apple crisp. all made from scratch, and rolls courtesy of Pillsbury! seriously - all those dishes took less effort and time than making a rendang from scratch...i cooked all day for raya and ended up with rendang and pulut kuning only. 2 dishes...

Oooooooh......egg noggg!!! Seriously the stuff you can pick up in the stores in the US taste dem good. Pillsbury biscuits are really, really good. Even the pumpkin pie at the stores is awesome!!! Btw, if you add rum to the eggnogg....hmmmmm...excellent...but if alcohol is a problem...a dash of rum flavor kicks things up another notch!! Great stuff....
I gather that you are in the States, which part may i ask??

i love that pillbury rolls too, crescent rolls, dinner rolls, biscuits, mmmm! make the house smell good - newly baked bread. i'm not a fan of egg nog, though. possibly because all my drinks are "virgin" :)

my father in law (to be) lives in northern indiana (1 hour from chicago), but i travel a lot for work. my fiance lives in ohio, but i am mostly in connecticut these days.

Blizzards are nasty. I got caught in snow once(not even blizzard) and it was bad. Dangerous driving conditions and have to go slow. Before i experience snow, i love it,but nowadays, if i want snow, i go to it. I call snow white shit!!

omg, i'm with you dino! i absolutely HATE snow. i hate it so much. oh sure, looks nice. but it's cold and wet and slippery and if there's 8 inches of it on the ground and you STILL have to drive to work, that'll definitely cure you of liking snow, quick! on the highway, going 20 mph, and that's considered speeding. eeeeyeeeee white shit it is!!!
