hopefully the tax rate not too high then.. :D i think in the US tax rates are berserk! paychecks are taxed about 30%. bonuses and whatnot, closer to 40% tax.. :crying: middle class is taxed like nobody's business.. the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, in the meantime the middle class supports everybody else...

i can't get into car racing (or horse racing, come to think of it). i've given it a chance - i actually went to the Indy 500 in 2001 or 2002, i forget. and apparently we had good seats (or so some regular race attendees told us), and it was very exciting. you could feed off the adrenalin in the air! then the race started, it was very fast, and very loud. the cars were zooming by so fast, we were in the oval corner and we could see a sliver of track about 30 feet across, and they zoomed on by a lot! again, very exciting for about the first 20 rounds.

after that i lost interest liao...it was too damned long. by the time it ended, i was glad it was over. and then, the loooooooooong walk back to our car - since of course everyone and their brothers came to the indy 500 and parking spots were very far away.

definitely turned me off car racing after that! :D

i wish i can go to one of the races but too pricey lar...
my uncle was willing to sponsor for belgian grand prix if price ok...
but turned out nearly 800euro per person, too much lar...

anyway, i think we're a bit serong here...
now, near the end of august now already...
so that's where the majority of the remaining dates are!
