Hey, don u know, when you are fat, it is quite easy to loose the excess pounds...its is tough to loose the last 3kgs....dats shows that you are quite near your optimum weight.... My 2 rules.... no snacking and cut down on carbo...still take some rice but half of wat I normally take...... ;)
