I am still alive!

I was driving and about to reach a traffic light. Going around 50-60km per hour. Suddenly, I witnessed a white colour van crossed over a 5 feet wide & 1 foot in height divider. I was shocked :eek: .

It was moving so fast. I break!
The van is still coming toward me, There is nothing I can do.

The van missed my car by half a meter.
I was in a state of shock. My heart was pumping like crazy.

I started my journey to see my son & wife. Telling myself, I am alive!
I was so happy that I am alive.

To everyone out there. Drive carefully.

that's quite normal as our body usually pump-up with adrenaline and brace itself for the worse so therefore you do feel the ache but should recovered within 2-3 days! :noworry:

last week another ex acs-ian from my yr 83, ling teck soon, mr patrick's bro-in-law (he lives in essex st just one st away from me here in sydney) just shared w me how on the friday he picked up his daughters from after-school-care and was driving out of our st to go to meet his wife at his in-laws' place..... as he was driving along epping rd (his light was green) this car turned out from essex st right into his path and he crashed into it head-on! both cars were write-offs (totally kemek) and his younger one had a bleeding nose. fortunately there was an off-duty policeman behind him who witnessed everything and called the ambulance. thank god no one was severely hurt.

as he was relating this incident he was visibly shaken and traumatized and said soberly, "life is really fragile - don't take anything for granted"
