Have a look at our dear old local authority mentality.. And they saman us at 3.01pm when our parking coupons expired at 3.00pm while we were running to the otherside to get tickets because the one nearer to our cars is faulty.

Mind you, the van is not moving. It is just parked there. They would have probably went into the bushes for some group thingy.
