i am learning to say "No" better now - my boss and my client even tell me that i have to push back when people make demands on my time that i cannot meet. in fact the last 2 days i have been saying "NO" a lot too - because i had a big meeting today 12:30, and as of last night had nothing to show them (meeting was for 2 and a half hours - cannot bullshit only) so as of yesterday afternoon i told everyone else NO and COME BACK FRIDAY so i can do my work in peace. it worked... :) my meeting went well.

Its still winter in Florida but temperature is around 60F - 70F during that time, so its pretty nice. I was there last year at that temp and it was excellent. Not too hot and not too cold.

60 to 70F is in the mid teens in terms of celcius...
