Please share with everyone how can an addict exercise self control & don't get too involved in the forum. Dino once mentioned, don't post just read. I tried that. Initially, it was difficult, after a while it is okay. Thank you Dino.

how can i adjust the view to make it read 20 posting or more at one time? kinda hassle to click one by one page to see the posting...
