will try to call her tonite to tell her - she's posted in geelong (which is a semi-small town outside of melbourne) for her ophthalmic training and might not have the capability to log on.

i'm not sure why i'm in leicester either. i am (or was) an architect in london but was stolen away by my now director to be a design manager managing architects for a giant construction company. i design hospitals (or did), now i only manage the design of hospitals - which is less fun but more lucrative.

its raining, grey, dull and miserable in london today - i popped down from leicester on weekends to visit my other half who is yet to make the inevitable transition to leicester - obviously she's the smarter half for delaying; there really is nothing to do in leicester.
